Nothing good in navi mumbai office.

Dislikes

Working in Software team in navi mumbai is hell. Too much politics. Too much bias based on people belonging to different states. Manager does nothing except of turning team mates on one another. She is unable to manage work hours. Late night calls to office when not required and she calls everyone in team even if they have nothing to do in office at 3 am. Even if just 2 people are supposed to be working on the required task at night, everyone is called at middle of the night to just sit their warming the chair and do nothing because there is nothing to do for the whole team at 3 am. If you want to get the feeling of school again then join here as you will will Strict office timings, strict lunch timings, strict coffee timings and not to forget the strict teacher who does nothing except just scolding students and favouring students of her states and students who just love to be teachers pet....Read More
