1. Entered as a fresher, now I can say know certain things relating to designing is because of this workspace! 2. Seniors gave me enough and encouragement to learn and try new things 3. There are no unnecessary pressure or targets that need to be met 4. There is something new to learn every day

I joined as a fresher, Really I am getting best experience here. I am able to improve my skill. Learned many software and my team lead guided me a lot in many new software. I am really very happy. Beat place to work and Improve skills.

Not mush issues. But it will be great if we cab get leave approval when it's needed.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
