Trigyn Technologies is the average company for newcomers, but company policies and benefits are good. The only downside is that you have to perform your best if you want to keep your position otherwise, they will assign you some support projects which are not related to your carrer path.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
