There's nothing what you can like about this company. Not at all.

Dislikes

Nothing here I can say was good. Everything was bad . No growth, no opertunity, they are very baised with your designations.

Work Details

It's not at all interesting , work culture was very bad ,it was terrible. it's make you feel like you're going to a tutorial. It was my first company and I gained very bad experience. I can't describe what was bad, Apparently everything.

Work days: Monday to Friday

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
