While I was working for a client through Trigent, during the exit process I had an issue where the HR from Trigent was not having any emotional intelligence to deal with my exit. Although being informed in all the ways, he/she had the audacity to deduct the amt from F&F and was rude throughout the process and threatened me with saying the reliving letters wouldn't be handed to me. I had no issues with the company apart from this experience with this particular HR, I was feeling compelled to write this, but it was unethical and exploiting. If you’re not aware than they won’t provide EPF More they will deduct from your salary Salary credit date will be based on their comfort some times 5th or 7th on first week will get salary It’s consultant so if your suffering under the Clint you won’t get any help No life balance Heavy pressure Over attitude hr Login should be strict but logout will be tooo late

Worst company, Full of tamilians. Worst, irresponsible, sadist people working as a HR,Manager role. Bakwas very pathetic interview process. I observed no dress sence at all show casing their body & worst behaviour. Ladies are always doing makeup in the cabin.

Interview was for HR role and obviously HR will take the interview and out of all boys no one got selected for 2nd round he shortlisted only girls and he shortlisted a b.sc microbiology girl instead of a guy having 2 internships worst HR he will be wearing specs in my life so far this will be the worst interview.
