Job security is good, as being a Oberoi’s property SOP’s are nice but people are not at all supporting. You can make a family here.

Dislikes

Not good for growth, salary increment is very less. After 6 months you will not be a permanent employee, they will do a scam written test & extend your FTC. If your boss is rude, nobody can help you. I lost all my motivation after working here

Work life balance is zero, as it is a budgeted property. Very less staff available in these properties so they will ask you to work for 16 hours openly

Not just Trident hotel but the hotel industry is the same. If anyone wants to join this industry you need to forget work-life balance, self respect. Just don't join hotel industry

Team always helpful, training done by respective topic on daily basis, 100% job security, if your are capable 100% good work environment, different work skills have in team member, so much of learning

Only one thing they stop bons because they are following government rules
