Dislikes

But very poor management and they don't have any strategy for compnay growth and company mission or vision. Company given to designation growth but not given salary growth in any designation with promotions.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
