Provided work from home. Allowed to take your office system home to work. Ships testing devices if required. Celebrations in Triassic are memorable. Co-workers from CEO to trainees are very friendly.

Triassic is a good place to start your career. The initial training is good and one can acquire good coding practices and knowledge is different technologies. Also some one with a min experience of 6 months, will get the opportunity to communicate directly with the end clients. The overall work atmosphere is good. Co workers are great and very friendly. Senior members are very helpful also. They also provide good renumeration for working on weekends and holidays (2 days salary for working for single day. One condition is that, the client should request for the weekend or holiday's work). Normal working hours are 40 hours per weekly and min 6 hours a day. (40 hours a week is compulsary). One thing is some projects are of tight schedule so one may have to work more than 8 hours a day. average 10 hours atleast.(In some projects). In some cases you'll have to work in other technologies other than the one you are master at and may get stuck on that.
