Overall company is really good except HR team.

Dislikes

The higher management (EVP & above) in Talent acquisition/HR team is worst, they would want you to run behind and praise them all the time like a pet even if they are not correct. They won't stay on their own words, won't give you anything in written and will change their words if any escalation is there. Being biased and not valuing people is in their nature. The attrition rate of the team is more than 60%, people join and leave the organisation in couple of months only....Read More
