Overall company is really good except HR team.

The higher management (EVP & above) in Talent acquisition/HR team is worst, they would want you to run behind and praise them all the time like a pet even if they are not correct. They won't stay on their own words, won't give you anything in written and will change their words if any escalation is there. Being biased and not valuing people is in their nature. - Decent pay for the kind of HR and Training profiles that exist in the firm - Pay parity - Senior Leadership is clear and honest in communication - Good for beginner level role

- HR leaders lack any strategic outlook to HR, making the work for their teams extremely outdated and process driven - Some of the EVPs and VPs leading departments like TA are extremely petty and use fear to keep their juniors in line. - Work culture is toxic and senior leadership doens't believe that high attrition in the firm is a problem, their reasoning is that if a person cannot take the pressure (read, abuse) they are free to leave and the firm will hire more people - If you're an Associate (Manager equivalent) in a support department, your profile is ruined...Read More

NO pros but number of cons please read it carefully all detailed info is given regarding CTC and how this compnay is fooling and inflating ctc

Think twice before joining this organization if you have another offer take that even if need to compromise with the pay. At least your job will be secure and you will have peace of mind 2) The pay mentioned in the offer letter is a BIG SCAM. Around 25-30% of CTC is variable component which is dependent on your performance and rating and if you receive rating of 2 you lose the whole amt. 3)relocation amt is a big scam: for analyst role they give rs40000 but if you leave the organization within 1 year you need to bear the whole amt well in this organization most of the employees are asked to leave within 1 month if their performance is not at par so you end up covering all the relocation amt all by yourself. USE YOUR RELOCATION AMT WISELY. It is included in your CTC which is unusal and inflates your overall CTC 4)strict timings: from 9 am to 6 pm you would be considered late if you arrive at 9:01 am 5)now coming to manager and senior authorities the whole organization favours favoritism 6) it is not even the work pressure the senior authorities are full of arrogance. Office space was good and internal gaming events makes a fun place to work.

Appraisal cycle was defined on various trivial parameters, attendance policies was very stringent with 70% in office days which was also taken into as one of factors in appraisal cycle. 10days office policy, where employees cannot be out of office for more than 10days.

The people over there are egoistic, they are unethical, they shout at you for over nothing, they don't know how to talk. Also, there's nothing new here to learn and add on your skills.

1) Forced Employee Team Building 2) Non supportive, rude and pathetic team leads (Vice President) 3) Clocking in 16 hours daily 4) Working on weekends 5) Working and attending meeting when you have taken leave and informed way in advance 6) You won't get promotion or appraisal if you dont get into office politics. Not at all based on your performance.

The culture, various policies. Prioritising certain department over other internal departments. The appraisal process is not upto the mark. If you get a bad manager, then it's bad luck since nobody pays heed to that and you have to struggle.

Company is good but their salary structure is very bad. Performance bonus is almost 25% - 30% of your salary but you will only get 25% of total bonus mentioned in your CTC. There is no concept of work life balance, it depends upon manager. The company has moved average to worse in working style.
