Political atmosphere .Everyone will demotivate u ,if u give an answer to someone, his ego will be hurt you will be tortured bcoz of ur work ,it is such a dirty atmosphere even after u r right u will be told wrong , If u want complain to the manager he will never picked up ur call , very dirty atmosphere .

Company management is really poor. They don't care about employees Welfare.

Dislikes

There is no promotion policy to help you grow. Also if there is huge deduction system in incentives and salary. Company upper management is not up to the mark.

Not very good. Shift timings are terrible. Work culture is equal to a lala shop.
