Although the company bears the prestigious Tata name, it feels like none of its values are reflected in the way things are run. The training team works hard on the ground, putting in real effort to improve operations. However, the corporate managers—who seem to sit behind desks—keep introducing new rules daily without understanding the impact. What's more frustrating is the lack of clear leadership. You never know who your actual manager is because too many people are involved in decision-making. The only person who seems genuinely supportive is the Training Head. Unfortunately, the Training Lead lady and Coordinator guy are completely unhelpful. They lack the necessary knowledge and, instead of providing support, they drag you down. Worse yet, they’ll even accuse you of unethical behavior, like taking money, just to find an excuse to get rid of you.
