Good atmosphere to work, nice mates.

Dislikes

Career growth is poor, you can only grow if you have good relationship with management. " The more you show, the more you grow" in simple words. Company is taking a minimum of 3 months time for giving appraisal to a candidate, that means your appraisal will be delayed by 3 months minimum. Company is giving a average appraisal of 12-14 percent only, no matter how you perform.
