The flexibility of office hours and timely salary

The most toxic culture I have ever seen. If you can’t please your manager, they will make your life miserable. Absolutely no trainings and guidance will be given. I would not recommend working here as they mentally torture you some way or the other and nobody takes a stand for the wrong things which have been happening in this office. If you’re not from the travel background, please don’t go as your mental peace will be at stake by the end of a few months. Also, I have noticed a pattern that they hire people before season and would want them to leave (they won’t say it directly, would rather make your life hell so that you yourself is forced to leave).
