Traveazy Group fosters a supportive and inclusive work culture where every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas and make impact.I joined the company about a year ago, the onbording experience was quite smooth and we were provided with technical as well as soft skills training which was quite fruitful. Everyday there is something new to learn which contributes highly to career growth.

Dislikes

While I appreciate the opportunities and resources provided by the organization , at times there is a communication gap between the requirements that are given for project development. A more streamlined communication and through research on requirements could enhance clarity across teams.

The training process was really good that improved and benefited me technically and also the support and guidance received from the seniors was also excellent in terms of technical understanding and one of the notable part was during interview process was group discussion really great.
