I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Management doesn't address employee issues, there are no rules and policies in their company all things depends on his owner. thay don't pay your FNF after your resignation, company culture is very bad , thay always pressurized to employees for over time without paid. And lots of politics.

As a design Engineer there are lots of things to learn but career growth and salary package is very low. And lots of unnecessary pressure. Salary time is not fix always delay 10 to 20 days.
