No big clients. They treat employees like contractors treat labourers. Managers can’t even squeak during client calls. NO EXPECTATION SETTING WITH CLIENT, if they say they want the worlds ninth wonder in six months, Trantor managers will commit to deliver it. Coward managers. They shift domains, work timings at a blink of an eye, WITHOUT THE EMPLOYEES CONSENT. If someone is unwell, managers say ‘take medicine and work’. Policies are mostly employee friendly. They never put pressure on you. Give independence to share your thoughts on any topic.

Dislikes

Only dislike is that you have to prove yourself for a healthy salary hike by resigning from your post and then they will try to retain you. And I think this goes with almost every company in the industry.
