The company had adopted technology in very short time to move into B2C segment through e commerce .

Dislikes

The company is a family owned business and managed by husband and wife . They decide everything and not at all professional. Managers have no decision making authority. There is not a single person in sales in entire organization who is more than 1 year old as they remove them with slightest excuse. The company is heavily into debtand salaries come very late - by end of month .There is no HR. Only people who dont have any jobs shd join this organizatioon....Read More
