Learning lot more in this company compared to previous one

For execution team working at site tiredless, company should give food and accomdation. Its very difficult to come to room at 9 pm daily and cook for ourselves. And also we need to be at site before 8:30, which hampers lunch also.

The role was good. For me the work life balance was good.

Dislikes

The management is not good. There is no transparency or communication about what is happening within the team. Most of the time, we did not have any work. The HR department is not approachable, and the work timings are very strict. Also, we used to receive our salary late.
