I have been working here for more then one and half year so I can able to provide some feedback regarding company and my job profile. Having said that, I want to focus your attention to the work culture first which I find totally bad and bottam standard. Job security is safe here and no risk on your job in bad to worst condition except few exceptions. Third point I want to talk about is Management which depends on branch to controlling wise so overall good for management thing. One of the most important point is company policies which reflects the mindset and future plan is not good in any sense. Policies decision are taken blindly and doesn't have any sense....Read More
