Micromanagement is their and after the change in management terrible things are happening like 1.Manager only focuses on their favourite co-workers and they will ignore your every single efforts. 2. When you complain about manager to higher management, they will warn your manager and instead of changing on positive note, your manager will start ignoring you and eventually it will affect your work and mental health. 3. If i talk about dislikes, everything there becomes so toxic within one year after changing of management. Micromagament in teams become so common and it feels like headache to work. Managers have different level of favouritism with some employees, that if you are working day and night, they are gonna blind during appraisals and promotions. Secret relationship is also in trend now a days and employee got promotion within one year of sh** work without any previous experience, while people with 2/3 years of experience with previous 2 years of experience are still waiting for their promotions.
