Micromanagement is their and after the change in management terrible things are happening like 1.Manager only focuses on their favourite co-workers and they will ignore your every single efforts. 2. When you complain about manager to higher management, they will warn your manager and instead of changing on positive note, your manager will start ignoring you and eventually it will affect your work and mental health. 3. No matter how hard you try, promotion will be given to the spoon feeding employeesor favourite employees who doesn't even know basic level of work. 4. If i talk about dislikes, everything there becomes so toxic within one year after changing of management. Micromagament in teams become so common and it feels like headache to work. Managers have different level of favouritism with some employees, that if you are working day and night, they are gonna blind during appraisals and promotions. Secret relationship is also in trend now a days and employee got promotion within one year of sh** work without any previous experience, while people with 2/3 years of experience with previous 2 years of experience are still waiting for their promotions. I did not like anything in the company, I was hired in PUB team, there are four leads, 1. Pallavi she does not have any work knowledge because of her Project went away from Transperfect, she s....ts on people she mi....... with people check cameras whenever doubt about project people they reach out her and people have to stand thereuntil and unless her approval like be... 2. Snehal w..t person seen in my life she does not have any knowledge and on daily basis she mi..... with the people specially with new joiner very b... person seen in the corporate life. 3. DG all people call him DG another one who is very b.. person if employee is going for ... he will ping to manager, if somebody is going on time he will ping to manager, for every thing he tells to the manager. 4. Ritesh he is really good person but because of Manager's W.. he is not getting growth there and finally they working for Transperfect around 5, 10 to 15 years because of this reason they are treating people like Ser..... and management always listen to them. many times complaints raised even though resigned from there for their mi... but nobody is their to listen your voice because of they have with the organisation for 5 to 15 years and they treats to people like their fa..rs company, I would like to request to everyone please do not go for this organisation otherwise you will like s....e because they mentally pressurised to everyone, I hope after seeing this review many people will aware, for everything I would request check cameras and their Teams chat group....Read More
