They do not even know about hiring. They did not knew that they wanted a candidate for 3 months where as thee candidate leaves other company and joins this one. The managers do not know how to handle the team. Please do not fall for their jobs as they have hire and fire system. They favour only those who have survived in that company. No work life balance.
