The job is quite interesting. Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I lerant everything on job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the team.

Yes I like working this company. Yes in the lockdown period timely salary given no less in salary and right also all safety precautions use and awareness of the covid-19 theramal scanning sanitizer and mask wear all time.

Here my work is ERP system manage. Managing production and sale reporting to top level management everyday and also reporting to plant work problems and works done complete report. And dispatch the material. And data feeding in computer also managing.

one would with the experience can defiantly join Transoek silox . It has good learning and career building opportunity. But If you are beginner you just have to satisfy with the learning. As a fresher one can only have learning compensation and benefits are very low but if you join this organization with 2-3 years of experience , you are going to be gold digger soon. All the best.
