1. There is a good cohesion among Mid and Lower level employees, so there is very little internal politics and healthy relationship 2. They pay Salaries relatively on time 3. More organized in nature

From an HR prespective, the organization is nothing more than Pathetic, despite of having fairly decent talent base. 1. Highly traditional, rather more orthodox working culture, with too much of procedures, hierarchical overload and extremely bureaucratic process that resembles more of a government set up with so much paper works and forms. Its a giant red tape unseen in a private organization 2. Since I joined as HR Manager, I do understand there was very little HR management process involved in the job, rather more of personnel management. As the company is too orthodox in its work culture, its fully a Top-To-Bottom approach where management decides everything with little or absolutely no consensus with employees or stakeholders. The job of HR department is to convey the ORDERS of management down, forcibly enforce it and take action against those who don't accept it. Hardly any concept of consensus, discussion exist. The attitude of management is more of My Way or Highway attitude. HR department is primarily involved into recruiting new talents, prepare payrolls, manage forms and paperwork and issue termination notices. Nothing more 3. The management is too struck in old era, thereby its heavily centralized and power is vested with 2 key individuals who take all the decisions leaving no space for any one. The directors are relatively reasonable and moderate, but they are heavily manipulated by two senior officials who limit the access to directors. This has resulted losing of many good talents. 4. Too much egoistic attitude prevails with these 2 senior management officials, thereby hardly any change can be brought it. One of them is too old for a change and still thinks work culture in 1970s fashion, to be precise more of Emergency era concept. 5. Working hours is least flexible and too old fashioned. The management is still in pre-covid era where they associate longer working hours = higher productivity when the modern world has changed to lesser working hours with higher efficiency.
