The company has a tag line of "Limitless Possibilities", and they mean it. The Management has a very wide and long term vision. Company is growing drastically and improving in every domain. With the growth of the company each and every individual is growing in the organization. The incentives, recognition and support is top notch.

Dislikes

I love Translumina Therapeutics. I had a chance of working with big pharma and medical device giant. I have total experience of 20 years but this company feels like home. At times you have to do everything on your own but this sense of responsibility is serene.

Work Details

Excellent Experience so far, I have witnessed my personal and professional development drastically. In earlier companies I used to work for the sake of working - Come at 9am and leave at 5pm but here each and everyone is working because they are enjoying.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
