Working Culture and Management. Even the Infrastructure (I am very specific about good washrooms - The washrooms here are very neat and clean)

Dislikes

Very Good working Environment, They appreciate Diversity and Inclusion, Even Management is very understanding. Gurmit Singh Chugh is the director, he meets every other employee weekly to address issues if any

Work Details

Very Nice experience so far, I am in Accounts - Finance. Entire team is very helping

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
