Work is limited like only Issuing letters from Govt. Departments, doing no on-ground measurable actions under the pretext of system change approach for multidimensional poverty and appeasing the non-hierarchical leads (read arrogant PMRDFs).

Skewed work culture. There’s no mechanisms or intent to collect quality data to back its claims. Each person, without any support, are left in their own and expected to change the world. Thematic experts and specialists are treated as shit while generalists lead the show. No scope for innovation and growth. Super seniors are always high with a delusion of being a thought leader and do tall talk. Confused seniors do clerical work for government agencies and hijack govt data showcasing as their work. Lost Mid management fantasize of some locality compacts while juniors are busy convincing mid managements how busy they are. Join only if you want to be a part of this circus....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
