Will get the lot of exposure and for beginners this is the perfect place to kick start your career, but I believe that you should give your best too. Good work environment and culture. Colleague are very supportive.

The job is quite interesting, as beginner I struggled a bit since there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the company.

Manager plays a lot of politics, being good only to the ones he is close to. Training would not be given, just learn everything by your own. While joining they say Saturday off but as days go on you will have to work on Saturday also. No value for their employees before work. no fixed work timing(Come on time but have to wait until the task is complete, and task is sometimes given when you are about to leave, so they as us to complete that and leave)...Read More

The management is quiet helpful, very friendly and supportive. Never got any harsh or even hard word from the management team members. Company allows working from Remote/Home location. Work hour flexibility also exists. And yes Salary always on time on month end.
