You don’t even get your resignation after resigning. Nothing good in working in Transasia, they will exploit you in work. Don’t give any incentives . No worklife balance, very bad management .

After serving notice period properly and completed the other documentation, even after they don’t provide me the relieving letter and final settlement.

The one and only good I found is that they have a wide range products in the IVD segment.

Dislikes

A notorious company in the medical devices and IVD segment in India, no job security, lot of politics, product quality is very bad, products unavailability and most importantly, company is not at all bother on solve the problems, its a notorious marvari company, even when the sales people were dying due to Covid, this company was least bothered on that, they want to reach the budget.

Work life balance was so horrible, they have location based punching system, where they do not calculate the travel needed for the first punching and 8 hours should be completed, if 1 minute is lagging to complete 8 hours, they deduct half day salary.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
