Poor management decisions. Ground staff are laid off during pandemic who plays main role in business operation. Only employees who were buttering are retained. Particularly employees belongs to one locality are retained just because one senior management official also belongs to the same area. This shows complete case of regionalism. No job security. Employees who were associated with org about 11_12 yrs they are also laidoff. Efficient employees were laidoff while inefficient were retained. Very very poor. Abbas who is the AM,the most egoistic man I have ever seen and the Operation manager Sundar and the Senior Manager John,they mock with my name they made feel like somebody has done any favour to by giving me the title of team..these f@$k3rs are insulting you in the in interview only then imagine how they will be with you in the office..
