Teammates were very friendly and one more thing Salary you will always get on or before time.

Dislikes

No Job security, no career growth, not good appraisal, politics in everything, work environment is also very competitive and work pressure is very high even you can't waste single minute of time and after 10 hr of working you can't think about work-life balance. I do receive appreciation emails, but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisal. You will never get any compensation for anything....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
