Company is running as a franchisee of Tractebel and not full controlled by them. Further, the leadership is from old school of thoughts who were attuned to engineering work and loves control. The younger generation won't find a fit in such a organisation with just MNC name but culture is really absent

Work Details

Since beginning I am riding in an ocean of fog, which does not provide long term perspective bit you will be able to feel secure only for short period of time as long as there is a torch.
