They give lot of commitments and ask to join. They don't have any clients but they will say all the good clients they are supporting and team is big like that. They will ask to get clients and once we did that they will take care of the clients and increase our targets to make sure that we step out of the organisation. If we are not stepping out voluntarily they will give so many fake reasons to leave. Only 2 partners really not sure why those 2 are such coward on the industry. 6 months once appraisal so no worries like that they will hire so that they can offer less ctc. After 6 months they doesn't want to rise so they will ask everyone to leave who demands hike. No professionalism. Racism in the same of language they will show in office always (they want only their people to grow) few important positons only those kind of people to be sourced. Lot more to say.
