TPR is a great organization in terms of automation and technology.

The biggest problem here is the politics in the workplace. The environment here is so unpleasant that the employees feel suffocated. That is the major reason employees don't stay here for long and the attrition rate is high. If I'd have to mention a name that would be of Inderjeet Singh (DPM, Production Department). Lots of politics by DPM even with operators ,staff ,female staff.Output is zero of DPM against the salary.No one can learn anything in TPR ,their is lots of limitation in learning..

There is only one negative thing in TPR i.e. politics at senior level. Condition of people ethics is so bad that they forget their morale. One and only reason behind all these is one person inderjeet singh. He also involve at the down level for his negative thinking towards organisation. Way of talking of management Every time top people use ..we will fire you for every person. Promotions not possible. Herarcy not followed Attrition rate is high..hod and manager level Hr is worst.
