I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Most valuable point is that salary is provided always on time of every month. PF policy is also good. Employee and Employer shares both are deposited by Employer Company which is the best policy for Employees. Also Company staff give flexible support to solve any problem. If in future there is any recruitment for me in company project I will always available for that.

Dislikes

There is no permanent job in consultancy. So at the end of project every employee has to find other job in other project.
