The work culture is very poor, with no opportunities for learning or satisfaction in work or salary. They only hire you close to your existing salary and promise a performance bonus, which is a total fraud. The performance bonus is just for show and nothing more. After confirmation, they may give you the bonus but will likely give you a low rating in your first year. Upon leaving, they do not provide details on the final settlement. No defined job description, you should ask the Job Description and Location before joining. No Growth. Those who hard and Smart, will be given more jobs without any Financial benefits.
