Dislikes

The work -life balance is very low or non existent. Sometimes you have to work for 16-20 hrs at customer place handling the installation works and you cannot expect any benefits from the company. The managers do not value the effort you put in your work and value only those who say "yes sir you are right". The team outings are non existent in some of the departments. The managers can take a leisure travel to visit other branches in the name of business trip whenever they feel bored sitting in the same place daily....Read More

Generally my work profile was machinery installation, production line setup & modifications, Automation for production lines. I was fortunate enough to get an in hand experience of Toyota way of work.
