As per company hr policies company is safe to work but it is just on paper not in practical because your performance will be judge by the Japanese on their mood and buttering culture. Hard work is not the only thing to judge your work performance here in the company. If you make any single mistake you can be fired.

We are fast tracked for multi operational work. Interaction with japanese staff helps in enhancing knowledge

Terrible work life balance. U r literally forced to work for 15-16hours a day. If u leave on time you are given taunt that you are leaving early. Heavy work load with no clear KPI for indivisual people. Basically people who r working hard are made to work hard till they die nd ppl who r relaxing are paid just to come and sit at office. Lack of responsibility from senior management and no hierarchy....Read More
