There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary also not good and career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. They take new employee on consultant basis after that employee has to work hard for permanent but company will not make permanent.
Work Details
This job is not intresting. No matter how hard we try. The future will not be determined, we will only have to wait many years, but result (increment) will be only zero to five percent only.
