Good bonus,expense and money, area wise engineer and customer allocation is good decision, good systematically process for everything, and the bestest is asusual the Toyota product

No technical skills improvement, good money but everything is not the money, continues torturing for business of parts from service engineers, if engineer,s duty is selling then Toyota should hire a MBA qualified employees in service engineer post, imaginary parts and contract prices and every year increase in price list, target's increase with high percentage and for salary hike they have only 5-8 percentage for average, chatukarita works for appraisal, too much reports and don't need actual projections they want more than target projections, they don't want reality they want show off so they can show off to upwards...Read More
