Company culture and environment is fantastic but there is no scope for associate. Less challenges and oppurtunities for explore. But have good food n cab facility

Dislikes

Norms some cases following rules better improvement and for document huge cycle process are applicable. These cobsumes most time and followups.

This company gave opportunity for working as a shift TL as a first i am supervisor for team in creative development section(kaizen) in this section I learn about karakuri, agv machining, fabrication, quality, manpower management etc,

Dislikes

I am contract employ( layam flexi manpower solution) this only point I don't like.

As a shift TL I manage one small team about 8 to 10 members it carries machinist, fabricationist, My role is team manage and regular work follow-up it includes costing, quality checking, drawing making and reading,
