The opportunity to work in a Global brand which is well known by everyone. The discipline which comes from Japan Culture. The Transportation & Canteen facility which comes at a very cheap price

Dislikes

1. No proper work life balance. You are expected to work on holidays 2. Very slow promotions & upgradation 3. Canteen food quality is average 4. No WFH 5. No room for New Technology / Software learning. 6. Proper resource is not planned (Time & Manpower)

It's a good company , taught me so many things like, QCC presentation, team work, industry relevant attitude, good skill, more than that how to servive in the society, and given so many platforms for my skills , here we work with the team with high quality assurance.

Dislikes

Since it's a Automobile company, whenever production get downs they stop recruiting the new team members, and also growth is also very slow, here they work with team, so they do not value the individual strength. And also for promoting the team member to team leader is very rare.

Likes

The operation of each individual as a team member or as a group is well defined and job share is predefined. Which makes us concentrate on the tasks and responsibilities. Which in-turn benefits both the company and oneself is growing.
