The company is currently having some really good oil & gas and fertiliser projects. I was lucky to have work for 2 of them. Company is also getting good projects from Toyo Japan where one can get opportunity to travel to Toyo Japan office for learning & working on the same. One can also find very high job security compared to other consultancies.

Dislikes

Growth is decent but compensation is really low as compared to other consultancies. Work pressure is very high and there is no work life balance. Department politics is also high and people are forced to come to office on weekends due to that.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is challenging as I have to handle multiple activities in very short duration of time. I was involved in proposal activity which makes it even more difficult for me as I have to submit the same in very challenging time.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
