I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

All was good over there at my working time only the thing was that make good company workers and maintain the sytem of the hotel.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The thing which was disliked by me at my working was no respect was given to junior's and in between senior's the sytem had made disequality at the time of working hours.
