Everything is satisfied except work load. You are given free hand to take decisions and get them executed. But work assigned to be performed timely if it's more than normal than need to extend work hours. Best work culture and staff to support.

Dislikes

Office location is very remote that you can reach by your own convenience else you have to pay more than INR 150 to reach there from sector 62 or Bus stand noida. work load to bear and deliver timely, no excuse. else all is ok

Salary wise Tower Vision is a good company but job security is average because some senior employees are doing employment their known persons which may be create issue in future
