Having worked in consulting department, got to show my creativity and handle different types of projects. Got a chance to interact with senior level bureaucrats during various projects and travel to new destinations. It has been a great learing experience interacting with clients.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but career growth is too slow. People dont get promoted for more than 8-10 years. The work culture and environment is very bad, resulting in unsatisfied employees. The HR department never pays attention to the employees concern and leaves them unresolved, leading to good people quitting from the organisation.Managers do not value individuals unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. There is no- job training for freshers as well as regular trainings for knowledge upgradation at various levels (except for a previlaged few).The managers are biased and performance appraisal are not handled professionally.
