The institution must reclaim what it was meant for rathar being a profit oriented organization. NCDC is a very good organisation in India, provide financial assistance to the Cooperatives societies to develop their projects. Good work environment and culture. Management is excellent. Policies of NCDC are good. Salary as per the norms of GOI.
