Top management is supportive of Ideas also the bosses are supportive. Esops at good price. Bonus shares if u perform well. Good HSE policy very robust

Super annuation, very backward in IT, lack of system tools, have to totally rely on Microsoft for tracking, very less annual hike

There are Sr. Employees who hire professionals but want to do what they want & never uses the new recruits expertise. Not ready to take any responsibility & push all blame & issue to you. Rubbish emails can be expected. Nano management is done by your N+1.
