Job security and work life balance is good.Wotk pressure is manageable.Need to mention one thing is you can take your leaves without any hesitation ( I haven't experienced any issues regarding leaves from my manager which is very rare.)Overall company culture is good.Even in COVID pandamic there were no layoffs from the management..

Dislikes

I personally admire TOTAL Energies as a brand.However there are few things which should be consider before joining this organisation. Eventhough work life balance is good,there is no growth for an employee.Annual increment is horrible. (Every year after receiving the annual increment letter you may regret your decision of joining this organisation).You can switch your job internally (Career mobility option) but it seems like this facility is available only for managers and above.Those who are looking for safe job with less work pressure for them this organisation is ideal.
