Nothing to like. They really have nothing of their own.

TIMS is nothing more than 3 people who are running this company(3Ps). Politics is at maximum level. No fixed timings, you will be working from 10am till 3am next day. No personal life. Leaves- 5 national holidays in a year and earned leaves 1/month. No leaves for major Indian festivals. No transport, no food, no other facilities. Only things they know & do is Big Talks. Few seniors will harass you and then nothing will be done against them. They treat you like you are a slave....Read More
